Chelsea have agreed a fee with Paris Saint-Germain to re-sign David Luiz with the defender arriving in London on Wednesday evening ahead of his shock move.
Luiz is due to have the medical in the capital. Personal terms are still to be agreed. Chelsea made a bid of £30m to bring the Brazilian defender back to Stamford Bridge, with PSG – who bought him from the Blues for £50m – not wanting to make a £20m loss on the player
